First round of recrutiment process - interview via Skype. A lot of behavioral questions. No person from HR was present during the interview, only potential future managers, which didn't seem well prepared to carry our job interviews.
Applied online. After couple of weeks, I got invited for the interview with HR and hiring manager. This was an entry-level job. The interview wasn't difficult and I was asked general questions. For example, what do you know about the company, why are you applying for this position and asked about my education background.

Very easy going got asked the usual motivational questions and language skills assessment 2 rounds of interviews , in the end there’s a task assignment you have to solve within 5 minutes
