Entrevista presencial; mitad en español mitad en ingles; Preguntas sobre tu experiencia pasada, resolución de problemas, habilidades específicas del rubro al que estés aplicando. Se hace mucho hincapíe en la parte de ingles, excluyente.
2 entrevistas virtuales y 1 presencial en su oficina. La primera con rrhh, la segunda con supervisor del área, charla en español e inglés más un test de preguntas contables, y la tercera en su oficina con supervisores del área.
3 procesos excelentemente acompañados por Randsta, te hacen entrevista en español e ingles, son muy amables y te acompañan por todo el proceso. Por un lado 2 con la empresa de RRHH y la ultima con ExxonMobil, en las primeras dos hacen preguntas en ingles basicas sobre la vida en general, y en la tercera exxon te hace preguntas sobre casos practicos y como afrontarias los mismos o los afrontastes.
