      The first-round interview: Two research scientists asked me questions based on my resume. All questions are related to my research projects and publications, including some characterization methods to determine the compounds I made. The second round, which is also the final round, is giving a 1h seminar talk. After the seminar talk, three rounds of two to one interview and one round of one to one interview.

      There are a bunch of senior employees in the interview. Throughout the interview, they all asked stupid questions just like kidergarden questions such as why do you do this, your movitation, what did you learn etc. Cannot believe they all have PhD degrees.

      Site visit and behavioral interview with multiple staff members, nice dinner, and tour of their facilities. They asked basic questions and it was largely focused on fit and attractiveness of their industry.
