I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Houston, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
Began at on campus recruiting, where I landed an interview. Moved on to the next stage, where they flew me out to Houston for a series of in-person interviews with 3 separate teams. Included were a tour of the campus, a couple of dinners, and a hotel.

Question 1
Give me an example of when you had to take action as a leader to turn a failing project around.
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
This interview consists of two distinct parts, and the interviewer genuinely wants to understand your unique personality. Just remain calm, be yourself, and answer every single question with complete sincerity.
