It was a video-record interview. Each time a question pops up, gives you about 15 seconds and they you should start to answer the question. It continues the same at the end of the process. After the HR questions, field-related questions comes.

Primero te contacta la consultora. Ellos evalúan tu experiencia pasada, tu inglés y te cuentan un poco como va a ser la entrevista con Exxon. Si la consultora te da el OK, te llaman supervisores o managers de equipos. Ahi te van a evaluar tu inglés, haciendote preguntas sobre situaciones laborales pasadas que tuviste y después tenés que responder algunas preguntas básicas de contabilidad. Si te dan el OK, estas 95% adentro. La ultima entrevista es con tu futuro supervisor.
