ExxonMobil O & M Engineer interview questions

Applied online, had a first phone call with one of the HR managers. The call was very basic, just motivation. Later on, my manager would call for an appointment for an interview. Interview with him and another collegae of the department. The interview was a mix of both motivational, technical and a brain teaser. Overall, a good mix of all. Good experience. Got an offer.

Interview process started with an on-campus interview by an alumnus who currently works at ExxonMobil. An additional brief interview was conducted by the hiring manager for the engineering co-op position.
