Applied online through an ad. Center director emailed me to speak on the phone. Then invited me to the center and talked about the position and what experience I have in teaching. I was offered the position on the spot. Fairly easy interview nothing difficult.
Just a casual talk with the person at the centre who is the centre manager I guess. No hard questions asked and have to perform an assessment later at the headquarters
