The only reason I give it a very hard/neutral rating is because almost a whole work days worth of interview process was spent only to get no offer for an entry level on-site position.
-15 min phone screening from hiring manager.
-1st interview was 2.5 hours long met 5 different people on the team. Background and behavioral questions were asked. What is your programming knowledge?
-Final technical interview was 4 hours long depending on how fast you go and consists of backend code (they provide it) but you have to fix the errors and after you solve coding challenges questions you on paper.
Had to reach out myself after not hearing from them for a week, and was turned down for not having stronger skillset for an entry level position. They seem to be open to teaching beginners but have a certain level of knowledge as requirement for the position.
