Got a notice for the interview a day prior, and had little time to prepare. Group interview that was more like a game of survivor then an actual interview. They cut half the room after introductions and a small group activity. Second round of the survivor game was us giving a brief presentation on ourselves and why we would be a good fit for the role. All four of the interviewers laughed and snickered at some of the presentations/answers which was extremely unprofessional because it was obvious they had no intention of hiring this person. All in all the whole interview was a waste of time and extremely impersonal. After being cut I was told by the HR lady that there would be more interviews in the future and to keep a look out for another invite to one of these. Super confused on why they would make me jump through these hoops again just to cut me.
