Recruiter reached out for a phone interview. When he called, it wasn't an interview at all. All that I was asked was why I wanted to work for F5 and what my salary requirements were. There were no questions about my experience, no going over my background, absolutely nothing. He then said he would forward my resume and our "interview" to the hiring manager. As an HR professional in management capacity including recruitment, I found this highly disappointing. It was more a sourcing call that could have been handled over an introductory email. It literally was not even 5 minutes and showed no interest in my candidacy or experience.
