The process took 4 weeks. I applied online by submitting my CV, completed a video interview and attended an assessment day.
They communicate very well the type of things they are looking for in the video interview and at the assessment day. The assessment day is well planned out. we had 4 tests to complete: Maths test (GCSE Maths), Set Notation test (Venn Diagrams), IT Aptitude test and verbal reasoning. The IT aptitude test was the most difficult one.
