I went through 3 stages for the interview, the first and second phone interviews focused on your motivation to work in FDM and IT industry. Also the recruiter is very nice and gives you an overview of what your applied role actually do.
After the second interview I got an invitation to go for the assessment centre, which starts from 9 to 4. Most time you will be spent on waiting really. After a presentation given by the recruiter on FDM, we went for a set notation test - it is very easy and involves some venn diagram and maths. Then I had an interview with account manager and the interview is very chill, and the account manager is just trying to know more about you and whether you will fit well into the company.
During afternoon, we first had an IT aptitude test, and mostly they were multiple choice questions about some basics of IT and whether you could follow and deceive from codes logically. After that I had two interviews with academic trainers. Both are really nice and friendly. The key is to make sure you are familiar with FDM core values and in what ways do these values represent you as an individual.
Right after the AC, I received an offer next morning.
