Interview
LinkedIn easyapply followed by a call from their recruiter where they asked almost nothing, just described the position. Next stage was recording your replies in video pre-recorded interview, simple IT basic knowledge test, iq number sequencing, and some psychometric tests you complete on your phone. Another interview day (they call it assessment day which it is really not) with FDM , workshop day and interview with the final client.
So you can imagine it's quite lengthy. The final conditions of the contract were not known during the entire process despite several promises from various employees.
They are doing their best to help you during the interviews which you can definitely use if you are at the beginning of your search to practice and figure out what you want. Thats pretty much the only useful thing and I can recommend it :))
I would totally agree that for a fresh bachelor graduate who is not very confident can find this place great and gain valuable experience. If you dont need babysitting look elsewhere.
If you have a masters or higher education / previous work experience I would never recommend it to anyone.
On the final interview day, the extremely poor organization from the FDM side resulted in literally hours of waiting at the customer location.
Happy I withdrew from the process, they did not manage to convince me that all the reviews you find are not true.

Phone interview -> HR zoom interview -> Aptitude Test -> Assessment Day
Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.

Fair process, though very procedural and felt quite cookie cutter. Wasn't anything out of the ordinary though also nothing tailored to your own application either. Would recommend researching company and role.
