After Upload the resume and cover letter on LinkedIn, Phone Interview will be the first step, I succeed to be invited to attend the half-day assessment center. In AC day, first HR introduced FDM Group and let us chat with other candidates and shared our background. Later I got one to one interviewed by 3 different interviewers. a lot of technical and experience-based questions were asked and also the behavior questions as well. after finished all the interviews, I was required to attend a logical and numerical test. That the interview process I got, the staff were super nice and friendly, they motivated and encouraged me to share my background and my relevant experiences.
