Applied online by sending in a CV. Then had a telephone interview and then an assessment day with a presentation, group activity, written test and 2 in-person interviews (one general and one technical). Each interview lasted about 10-15min with 5 questions asked by each interviewer.
It was a fast interview process but it's important to know what the role is and how your experience fits the role. You get a phone screening call which is just so you completely understand the role then and interview where it's a more in depth look into you as a candidate.
