Interview
First I went through a phone interview in which there were some routine questions as to my motivation for applying and my interest in the role and group. During this, the interviewer was very pleasant and asked many questions to understand and get to know my background. He then suggested and explained several programs in detail. After this, I went through a video interview in which they ask several questions related to core strengths (i.e. drive, resilience, etc.), which you are asked to exemplify and are given around 90 seconds for each answer. It is rather awkward since you are talking to a computer and not a person.

You have to finish an apt test consisting of 21 questions, then phone-in with the recruiter, and then final in with the consultants. There are two parts; one of the interviews was with the account manager. Another one was a technical interview. For BA role, you have to answer questions to show your logical thinking
