I was contacted by an FDM recruiter and then applied online. I had a brief telephone "interview" based on my understanding of the company and role. Next, I was invited to a strength-based video interview. The recruiter phoned after a few days to give feedback on my answers and invite me to an assessment centre. The assessment centre, which I've still to attend, involves 4 psychometric tests and 3 interviews.

Lots of layers and not well constructed, didnt know where I stood in the process or how you were supposed to move between the various stages. Too much focus on selling the company, I think to counter the negativity surrounding them and the programme.
