It's a 5-6 step interview process, based on your behavior and basic technical knowledge. The job is a 2 year contract based including 6 months of training. Should brush up you OOP, Java, SQL. Get ready for a lot of behavior based questions.

I was asked what programming languages I knew. She asked me few basic questions on Java. It lasted for around fifteen minutes. I found it to be super easy.
