Interview
Telephone interview- Video Interview- Assessment centre. The graduate recruiter will first telephone you to ask several questions and introduce you to several aspects of the programme and the contract. Then if they think you are suitable they will send you the link for video interview and once you have submitted it, they will review it and if you pass, you will be invited to the assessment centre. During the assessment centre, several tests such as IT aptitude test and the numerical test will be conducted, three different interview sessions with three different interviewers from different departments.
They walk you through various video interviews and aptitute tests, at the end testing your skill sets and mind sets. The interviews aren't strictly technical, and they assist you to make you comfortable, but they do stimulate you.

Quick phone chats with an hr throughout the process, which were more of informative than evaluative.
Absolutely disappointing, I had an interview with them. They said they would get back to me in 7-10 working days, didn't hear back from them. Chased them up with the an email and didn't get a response either.
