Interview
The interview involved 3 rounds of interviews with 3 different people and a few assessments before that. They do send you some preparation before the interview so you know which areas to focus on which was quite helpful. Overall nothing too difficult.
They want you to do well and give good interview advice beforehand. There was a strength based, pre - recorded interview first, then a one on one interview later. The important thing seemed to be being concise and providing real examples to backup your points.
Had to go through a phone call interview and then after that I had to go through a video interview and then after that had a few face to face interviews
They just wanna see that you're passionate about whatever stream you're on and you should be fine. They have quite a bit of enthusiasm, so you should be able to bounce off of them nicely.
