Phone interview then video interview and the assessment centre. Strength based questions were asked for both video and assessment centre. There were also reasoning and numerical pattern tests during the assessment centre. The interviewers were friendly and put you at ease.

Evasive,I asked about cost for early termination of any employment within 2 years and felt like I had to pull teeth for a response. I knew I wouldn't get another interview based on the responses. I recieved the email that that I wouldn't be moving forward. Use with caution. My research indicates you will get right half or a third of your worth after training. That's a substantial educational investment. Pass
