Interview
The recruiter kept approaching me through LinkedIn persistently and asked me to apply for this job. After applying, I received a bunch of no-reply emails from her regarding the interview process. The first 2 times she called me just to collect details like my visa status, availability etc. Then she setup 2 interviews, video and online technical. In the video interview, they asked basic behavioural questions and we need to record our video for it. After getting through these rounds, they set up zoom video interview with the trainer and account manager.
Although I answered all the technical questions well and got good feedback from the trainer, I was still not given offer for this job. They said they will tell the results in 2days but they sent me a no-reply email in just 2hrs after the interview.
I mean if you were gonna choose people based on references or whatever, don’t be wasting our time. I emailed the recruiter to ask her feedback about my interview, but never got any response.
Initially I was quite hesitant to apply for this job even though the recruiter was behind me, as I have heard all negative reviews about this company!!

Interview
The interview started with getting asked some question on ym background and was professional and the interviewer was nice. Then after there was an assessment on HackRank with a Java object oriented problem and a leetcode type problem. I ended up messing up the leetcode problem and got rejected but overall this was a good experience with FDM Group.
