Interview
3 hours Zoom video interview. Introduction for the first hour and then three interviews after. The first interview asks about generic questions and the next two are more technical, like solving some coding problems.
1. phone screen with some general questions 2. online test involving simple pattern recognition, calculation, and coding 3. video interview with 5 strength-based questions, 30 sec prep, 120 sec recording 4. assessment centre

Why do you think resilience would be an important trait for an FDM BI consultant.
You get a call first from the recruiter, then you move onto the pre-recorded video interview stage. This then moves onto a 3 on 1 interview. I haven't got to this stage yet.
