You then interview with trainers and staff based on Strength based interview questions. They again give a lot of documents teaching you how to answer their interview questions prior to having them. That was the final stage in the interview process.

Really fun 2 part process. They want to know more about personality as they teach you the tech side. The process involved different interviewers and different break out rooms were you met other candidates.
