Assessment centre that consisted of a group exercise, written assignment and one-on-one interviews. A long day with a lot of waiting around. Seemed disorganised and one of the current staff members was quite intimidating when asking candidates if they wanted a tour, as when some didn’t see claimed they clearly weren’t interested in working for the company.
the process i guess was easy - i applied, then a phone interview and then the assessment centre. Questions about my CV/cover letter (make sure you know this) and what extracurricular activities I do (this says a lot about you).

at the assesment centre I was asked:
1. How would you go about approaching new work? A: Figure out the objectives and aims and get the resources I need to complete the tasks- id also aske the appropriate questions to figure out what i needed
2. what do you do outside of school/work?
3. what have you been most proud of?
4. whats the worst thing about your uni course?
