The Interview was good
The second interview was completely behavioural interview
The main focus of the interview (until 2nd round ) was to understand the approach of the applicant for the given situation.
Overall it was a great learning.

They want you to do well and give good interview advice beforehand. There was a strength based, pre - recorded interview first, then a one on one interview later. The important thing seemed to be being concise and providing real examples to backup your points.
Had to go through a phone call interview and then after that I had to go through a video interview and then after that had a few face to face interviews
They just wanna see that you're passionate about whatever stream you're on and you should be fine. They have quite a bit of enthusiasm, so you should be able to bounce off of them nicely.
