Nice and easy Interview, very personable interviewer. Interviews are done in a very timely fashion that allows you to make decisions quickly. The salary might be a bit of issue there tho, kinda low for the job that you're doing.

What would be the benefits of doing something that you're not familiar with?
2 rounds interview: first round with HR, 2nd round with 1 technical trainer and 2 account managers. HR is very very friendly and will tell you how to prepare for the next round.

Interview
1st Round: Phone Call to assess your interests for the program, why you want to join the program and to test a little bit of your technical knowledge.
2nd Round: Half Day Assessment Center consisting of 3 written tests (Venn Diagrams, Math Test and IT Aptitude Test) followed by 3 face to face interview with either their account manager or technical business manager which will test you based on strength based interviews and technical aptitude. However, the questions asked would require you to have a basic understanding of coding so probably learning a bit of how coding works beforehand would be good.

The first round was just a fit kind of interview while the AC would really require you to stay focused throughout the process and test your knowledge on coding though they would also call it logical thinking.
