FDM Group PMO/Applications Support Trainee interview questions

I was recruited through a job fair. Technically you go through a phone interview, then go to the FDM office to take an exam and face to face interviews. My interaction with the recruiter though counted as a phone interview since we interacted for a while. At the FDM office, you're given an introduction to how their business model work. You will get a brief tour of the academy. Afterwords, you take an exam that test your IT knowledge and your logic skills. Logic questions aren't hard if you think through them carefully and don't rush. For the IT questions, if you have some knowledge in coding (JAVA), you will be fine. The people who will interview you will have your exam scores and ask you mainly personal questions with regards to resume and future career goals. Honestly, just be yourself. If you are naturally a hard worker and ambitious to learn new things, they will be able to tell and give you an offer. I also heard the interview process changed a bit since I went through FDM.
