It was through a contract company, so you meet with the recruiter (barf) first. Then I was interviewed by the 4 different managers I would work with at FINRA.

They asked to describe a project I recently completed. They asked me to give examples of how I use my various skills. (Basically try to confirm my resume wasn't inaccurate).
