Interview
Contacted by recruiter, the usual screening process. Then I was endorse to Hiring Manager where there are series of interview questions as well. If you pass, then Panel Interview (with Hiring Manager). Their panel interview is at late night Phil time since the panels are from France.
Back then, it was a new position. And they will only try to hire one SDM for Phils. I guess the competition is tight. :S
You need to be aggressive for follow-ups, the recruiter is very prompt and provides update.

It was a 3 step process with the recruiter, hiring manager, and director. Super efficient and everyone was great. The questions were pretty technical which proved my background. The recruiter walked me through the entire process and post hiring.

Then a face to face interview with direct manager to be and his superior.
Interview was casual and friendly.
