      Customer Service Specialist Interview

      Mar 25, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Little Rock, AR
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (Little Rock, AR) in Oct 2014

      Interview

I applied online, the application was simple and allowed me to attach a resume. I was called by the HR recruiter in about a weeks time after submitting my application to schedule my interview. I took the 1st available slot which was the next week . The total time for the interview was 30-45 minutes plus I arrived 15 minutes early so total time was 1 hour approx. I interviewed with 2 management members and they asked me questions from my resume that I printed and provided to those who interviewed me . They started off asking about me and then asked questions about my work experience in a call center and banking roles . The questions they asked were basis responses on how I managed difficult customers and about times I was in situations with different team members who had different work styles. The questions were senecio type questions and had no right or wrong answers. Once I completed the initial interview, I received a call later that week to accept an offer and what my pay would be . Once I accepted the offer HR sent me electronic papers to my e-mail that I signed and sent back via e-mail. The 3rd call I received was to schedule my drug test in a lab located here in Little Rock . Once my results came back negative for drugs , I was informed that training would start in a little over 1 month . The process was seamless and took about 1 months to complete from application to training.
