Interview
Phone interview with Recruiter. Then Phone interview with Hiring Manager. Both were normal questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. The hiring manager explained the specifics of the job but kind of rushed me through my resume. Don't know what that was about. But I was told there would be a 3rd phone interview scheduled but when I reached out to the recruiter after a few weeks of not hearing anything, I was advised that the Hiring manager was moving forward with another candidate.
Pretty straight forward, 3 rounds of interviews. For myself 2 in person and 1 virtual. Most of the questions were scenario based and about past experience. The building was nice.

Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interviews then got ghosted after the final round. After 2 weeks, got an automated email stating that they never even reviewed my resume prior to hiring their candidate. Additionally, they changed my recruiter/point of contact 3 times throughout the process and the interviewer did not have time to answer my questions at the end of our discussions. Overall they are very disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional with their recruitment process. I dodged a bullet not working for them.

Walk me through your resume, why FIS, and what projects have you worked on before.
Was asked to come in and then they said never mind because they needed a college degree. This was not listed on the posting or my resume so they didn't interview me.
