Long process for such a basic position that only require 2 interviews maximum, no need for such a long process to have the lowest salary in the company.

Basic network and Windows AD, Lync and SharePoint questions
You have many questions not related to your Job and few IQ tests to be finally a helpdesk guy who take calls and resolve tickets. I think they should better put the stress on the communication and linguistics skills
