My interview has been scheduled through a consultancy on weekdays. I take leave for interview. There was four rounds 1. Written test 2. Technical round 1 3. Technical round 2 4. Managerial round Everything went well, HR come to me that you have cleared all the rounds, and for further discussion we will call you as its too late(7 PM around). It's almost 3 weeks gone, I am still waiting for their call. Completely unprofessional behavior. Not only the company but the constant as well. Worst experience overall. I didn't face such unprofessional behavior any where. Mostly time you didn't make it, hr told that they will call you later without saying you are seleeor not. Its a hint that you are not selected. Or hr directly told you that you are not selected. But if after saying that you are selected , hr didn't come up, that's not acceptable. So, if anyone going for the interview in this company, please be careful.
