I've actually had three interviews, the final one was with Indian guy (which I think is their boss). They'll also test your language skill by series of tests by telephone in which you should pass. You have to be consistent to what you are saying.

They will ask you to choose a topic to which you are going to discuss in one minute, if you had a previous job they will also ask you about it. Some follow up questions on your answet but I think it's manageable to answer
The will ask you to tell you something about yourself, ask about a situation to test you about company's loyalty. The second interview is somewhat similar to first one, interviewer woud want to find out if you have any the interest to stay on their company for a long time. Interviewer will ask you if you have other inquiries.
