The questions were a mix of questions around skillsets for the role but also a lot of focus on you as an individual and your approach to people which was great to hear. However that isn't reflected in the culture of the business unfortunately

Interview
Painful. Started off well with the local staff making contact but clearly knew very little about the role itself. Very poor response to follow up emails even after I was given positive feedback on profile. I have no idea how far I progressed due to complete radio silence. It’s apparently a great company to work for if you can get past the useless talent acquisition folks.
