Was relaxed, questions were related to current experience and the job description. Unfortunately in this case the hiring manager wasn’t sure what exactly they were looking for as the role was a hybrid between project management and testing.
I met someone at a campus information session and hit it off with her and sent in a resume and cover letter. Got an interview for a few weeks later. They were young and didn’t seem to have much authority or experience.
