Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What experience do you have that pertains to this position?
After successfully passing the phone interview, I was scheduled for an in-person interview at their office. This final round consisted of a panel interview with team members from various departments. They were interested in how well I could collaborate with others and how I could contribute to their team dynamics. I also had the chance to ask them questions about the company culture and their expectations.
They let you do a basic financial accounting exam, pretty easy. When you pass they will ask your experience and concern. When they feel you are the right person they will take you to controller's office to discuss details, like salary.
Met with a controller and assistant controller. Very nice gentlemen, who were easy to talk to and made the interview non stressful. Also had an assessment test. Not hard at all. If you took a basic accounting class you'll do just fine.
