I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (London, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
Applied online and was selected for an assessment centre in December. The assessment centre had about 20 people. There was a GMAT style numerical reasoning test, followed by an introduction to the company and department, and then a writing task (basically a summary and editing a sample piece of work prepared). After the writing task was an informal lunch, and then a group exercise on introducing a lottery system into a country.

Question 1
Was asked if one block of advertising per week was sufficient.
The interview process was fine, but I believe AI sifting was used to review the video interview round . I understand why they do this but it is frustrating to deal with.
In person and technicals. First round was quantitative skills and indictive reasoning etc. the staff was very helpful throughout the process.
Later on there was a final round with the head and it was very conversational and natural.

Difficult client, integrity, and other common behaviorals
Initial call followed by in-person assessment centre. The whole process took around 3 weeks which was quite efficient. No group interview for the assessment centre and questions were mainly case study based.
