I applied through college or university. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
This was an interview for the TMT industry sector. It was the first of 2 interviews. Met with a senior consultant who's been at FTI for a few years. Got the interview after their recruiting department referred me to apply. The interview itself was very chill--mostly STAR questions about my experiences (how I've demonstrated managerial skills including communication and dealing with change/adversity).

Tell me about a time you had to change your priorities.
First Round: 30 min technical questions,
Second Round/Superday: 3 back-to-back interviews with panel of current employees and speeches from HR and various members of the teams. There was a very difficult modeling test given.
Technical questions were not too difficult and behavioral portion was mostly centered around fit.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (Boston, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Had on campus interviews, one was a 1v1 and one was a 2v1, then got a final round which was in their office in Boston and was like 6 30 minute interviews with all of their SMDs, and then a group case study and presentation on the zoots refinancing case. We had to submit a written case analysis prior to this on the question of whether or not you would invest in this company.
