Interview
I got in through the Sophomore Diversity Summit, was offered to come into the program without an interview.
This is their first time hosting the program, but in general in the event I got to meet with lead recruiters and all type of ranks including MDs. They seemed to like me a lot and gave me a call before giving me the official letter, saying how impressed they were by me.

Question 1
This is a rotational program, so everything is based of behavioral. Like I said I did not have formal interview but just questionnaire of the sectors that interested me.
