Interview
Spoke to HR on the phone, a lot of the standard competency questions and questions showing knowledge about the firm
not very long, maybe about 20 minutes, very nice, felt very conversational
For the AC
1) group round - did a case study and each of us were asked questions based on our group answer after
2) math and verbal reasoning test, written essay test
3) individual interviews - one with current analysts about cv, one with a partner (casing)
Pretty basic behavioral questions - no technicals. I'd recommend knowing your "why" and being able to clearly explain your interest in the specific practice. Also, prepare to ask the interviewer more in-depth questions, too.
