      Customer Service Team Lead Interview

      Jan 21, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FUN.com

      Interview

The interview process was fairly easy. Step one was meeting with the hiring manager and HR rep where we had a casual conversation about the role, my experience. Step two was meeting with two of the other team members and playing a game for 15 minutes. It was designed to see if there was a cultural fit. Step 3 was meeting with the HR director. The entire process took one week, when it was supposed to take a couple months!
