Excel Test (Required use of basic functions such as sums and Averages, but also required manipulating different data types.)
Consisted of two interviews. One with HR and then two back to back with your manager and another person. Not very analytical, just questions to showcase your skills and curiosity.
It was an online technical assessment. It was timed. Required to open camera and share screen. I struggled a bit since the majority of the first parts were just maths rather than pure coding concepts, though it did test critical thinking still.
