I had a first interview with a recruiter through mobile phone. Then after passing the exam I had the final interview with my manager. Then when I passed the final interview, I had a job offer call and the recruiter explained to me my work and benefits and offered me the job

It was a pretty quick initial interview. The interviewer asked a bit about myself then explained the working set up and schedules for training. The next part, the interviewer asked some basic technical questions about finance and accounting.
