I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FactSet in Feb 2011
Interview
The hiring and interview process consisted of a phone call, and two in-person interview sessions. The phone call lasted about 20 minutes and was with the manager of the department I applied. Each in-person interview session lasted about two hours. In both instances I met with three employees in a 1:1 situation, each lasting about 30 minutes.
The offer was extended the same day after the second round of in-person interviews.
