Online, recorded 4-question interview that gets sent to actual humans. I am unsure how the actual hiring process is typically supposed to unfold, but then again after COVID, a lot of businesses have shifted to remote/online interviews. The only part of the process that I guess I didn't understand (maybe because I am just now 40) is that they didn't ask anything really personal, like, "Tell us a little about yourself" or "What do you like to do in your free time?" Other than that, it was just awkward attempting to talk to my camera and also navigate the mouse to the button at the bottom.
