Excellent interview including next steps. Then completely ghosted. It’s all good if they weren’t interested but it is very unprofessional to ghost applicants especially after such a positive response during the interview process and follow up email. Faith Technologies has grown into a very large company and that growth has not always shown as positive in the professional behavior of their executives. Needs work.
