Had an unfortunately negative experience in the interview process. They asked salary up-front in the application, took me through a 4-month long interview process, gave me an offer that was 35% lower than what I had requested (which was already low by industry standards), and when I asked about potentially increasing the salary they said they would talk to me in a few days and I never heard back from them. I ended up accepting an offer that was nearly $30k higher than what they offered.
