I applied online. I interviewed at Falck (Orange, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online and they emailed for the test and interview day some time later. I took the written test and made it through that fairly easily. It contained mostly some basic EMT skills and some behavioral questions, as I recall. If you're studied up for your NREMT test, you should be fine on that, although I think a handful of candidates didn't make it through. Next, we waited to cycle through for the panel interview (with three interviewers) and the skills testing. They give you some skills sheets to study, but you should probably go over your own beforehand.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly some basic behavioral questions...."Tell me about a time when you..." Practice answering using a standard format.
The interview was ok, they start off with the normal questions then go into a scenario. took about 30 minutes. They people were nice, they pointed out a lot of turnover.
Easy did a hire vue online interview heard back from them in one week got offered to do their two week orientation. Did one week of in the field training, pretty straightforward and easy. I would do it all over again.
The interview was online. You record yourself and can retake the video if you choose to. They had very simple questions and they were very easy to answer. Overall very easy interview as you can redo basically it all.
